  Room was great but needs new carpet. breakfast was good but good have had more variety would stay here again- so close to great shopping malls and eateries.

  Staff were very helpful; there was only one person who was a little upset when we didn't take his suggestion for sightseeing ideas for the day; prices were higher than we anticipated even with the the tax rate anticipated; internet was available but for a fee; overall we were pleased with our stay--the place was clean, personnel were helpful, and there was only one (or maybe two) nights when it was difficult to sleep due to outside noise.

  The hotel was very over priced for what you got and did not represent good value for money. the hotel requires full payment upfront upon arrival plus an additional $50 a day to cover incidentals that you may or may not purchase during your stay, such as items taken from the mini bar etc. the breakfast was average and the swimming pool is very small. the price of drinks at the hotel were extremely expensive with a pint of beer ranging from £15 to £20. overall not recommended.

  We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment. there were white ants on dining table. need improvement in housekeeping department. front office staff desperately need good customer service training. they were very aloof and not professional.

  Noisy from adjoining room thro connecting door noise from above : equipmeny on roof ? bathroom sliding door stuck in open position

  It was difficult to judge value for money this weekend as it was over the formula 1 weekend. as for the facilities, the website made the fitness facilities look far more equipped than they actually were - only three cardio machines...

  The staff could do with some customer service training! the hotel location was great. the bar staff provided terrible in service and quality of cocktails extremely poor. we paid $30 s for cocktails which we could not drink, advised the staff who did not care. the breakfast staff need to smile, it is such a small effort which changes the whole feel to the place. the rooms although small were great.

  The intenet was not working in the room eventhough the blug was there, no sponge to shune the shoes, no shine mashine in a four star hotel!!!, no q- tips in the bath room to clean the ears,................... that is all.
