  Es kann nicht sein das ich ein hotel hier in deutschland buche und meine visakarte erst beim auschecken belastet wird. und die oberfrechheit ist, erst da wird einem erzählt das auf den preis noch 10 service und 7% tax gebühren noch dazukommen. zumal ich dann auch noch gebühren auf die belastung der visa karte zahlen muss. bin sehr verärgert über so umgang mit hotelgästen. sowas habe ich noch erlebt.

  The reception was small and disorganised. i was unsure which counter was for check in and which was for checking out. i was attended to after a group of 5 and couple who had come in after m. just because i had come in alone does not mean that i am of less importance.

  The room i chose was the deluxe room。but it was much much smaller than i imaged。and i can not find a light inside our room.....anyway,i dun like this hotel...

  The walk to the subway station was a bit far in the heat. having a more frequent shuttle to the station would be ideal.

  Our room was quite close to a karaoke lounge, so it was a bit loud at night. the hot water for our shower ran out pretty quickly. breakfast wasn't included, but the breakfast buffet at pomegranate restaurant was very good if not a little expensive.

  I like the stay but if there could be more promotion on the price and much cheaper. it will be worth of staying.

  Generally a nice hotel, small and tight for 2 people, especially if you want to hang up your suits and dresses etc, o.k. if your a back packer, their was a whinning noise 24hrs a day, which was nothing to do with the aircon, but in general was clean.

  We were upgraded to a deluxe rm upon check-in. we felt the room was exceptionally small for the rates we had paid. we cannot imagine the size of a standard room. also the toilet swerage needs to be looked into. we expereinces foul smells coming from the toilet.

  The hotel is designed with tasted but small rooms. they have just opened the hotel so i think the improvement is on the way.
