  Housekeeping services need great improvement. the maid didnt clean the cups and utensils. the minibar was not replenished regularly. the floor carpets are not well cleaned and maintained.

  I am very happy with the service provided by the hotel. firstly, my room was upgraded and hotel was also accommodating in extending the chack out time which really makes a difference in terms of customer satisfaction compared to other hotel.

  I have wrote my feedback and return to the reservation desk upon checking out. til now none of them get back to me. i have asked for a birthday cake and i called the hotel few days before and said it is for my husband'sname. however when i arrived at the hotel, apparently none of them are aware. anyway the cake was delivered and the birthday card was in my name.

  Have 24 hour room service as business travellers often do not have time to eat out when working after hours in the hotel room.

  La piscine n'est pas assez chaude et ensoleillée, nous touristes de l'hiver recherchont chaleur et soleil. tous les utilisateurs de la piscine que j'ai rencontré étaient de mon avis...pour tout le reste c'était très bien

  This hotel was wonderful and the great deal we got on it (188.00 singapore) was unbeatable for what we got. i'm definitely staying there again when in singapore!

  As you can see that i found the hotel excelelnt and your staff should be complemented on the quality of service. i will be returning. i only need a light continental breakfast - so found the all in breakfast charge expensive.

  Improve on the hotel's wireless. had limited / no connectivity at all. on a positive note, i love the fact that the hotel was able to accomodate my late check-out of 4pm which is unheard of from other hotels in singapore. will definitely be back!

  Cet hotel est probablement l’ un des meilleurs que j’ ai connus depuis de nombreuses années. excellent rapport qualité prix gentillesse extréme et sincére de tout le personnel chambre spacieuse et bien fournie avec technologie récente internet gratuit dans tout l hotel , chambres incluses : à souligner car de nombreux hotels continuent à facturer ce service de maniére scandaleuse room service efficace et prix corrects petit dejeuner : parfait , possibilité entre continental breakfast et continental fitness center : matériel dernier cri, piscine ok, peut etre un peu petite location de l hotel, à quelques pas du magasin ck tangs et orchard road , fabuleuse je viens d’ écrire au gm de l hotel, un français pour lui faire part de ma satisfaction réele( je suis pourtant un client difficile) en espérant que cela demeure ainsi ; a tarif égal je reviendrai dans cet hotel, conniassant d’ autres établissements de moindre qualité dans la ville.

  Fabulous hotel, we stayed 7 nights and the service just kept getting better. we had our 19 month old with us and were always made welcome by staff. hotel and room were spotlessly clean, free mini bar was a delight, and great value to boot!! awesome hotel!!

  Qualité de l'hôtel et service irréprochables. etant dans des chambres communicantes (mais porte fermée à clef) nous entendions un peu, à travers la porte en bois, les amis parlant à côté.

  Anticipate another trip to singapore early in '09 and would have no histitations in stating at th royal plaza. would suggest introduction of packages with min night stays inclusive of breakfast. the free mini bar was fantastic.

  The location was perfect--next to the mtr orchard station, lots of shopping and restaurants. the bar had a great band, but the bar tab, even with the coupons for free drinks was very expensive. ibrahim at the concierge desk was a great help.

  Das gym ist unbrauchbar, zu klein und entspricht nicht dem status von diesem hotel! als frequent traveller ist es ein elementares gundbedürfnis ein professionell eingerichtetes gym in angemessener grösse zur verfügunb haben. deshalb werde ich wahrscheinlich nicht in dieses hotel zurückkommen.

  We particularly like the smoke free environment. the porch for vehicles to pick up and get off was really problematic. one tourist bus would block up all traffic to the hotel.

  I booked two nights on the hotel website. i wanted to extend my stay and the reception could not give me the same price. i had to go back to the website to rebook. this was inconvenient.

  I really like the design and interior in the room. the lcd monitor is a fabulous idea and i really loved it. i also like the fact that the mini bar and internet use is complimentary. but i have to say that the ethernet cable was hidden way back in the drawer. it should have been more accessible.

  The only issue we had during our stay was the noise created by the workmen. it generally started early in the morning and woke us up on a couple of occasions. its a shame because everything else about our stay was very enjoyable.
