  Es mangelt definitiv an sauberkeit für diese klasse von hotel und daher ist der preis nicht angemessen. tassen im zimmer waren mit lippenstif verschmiert, schwarze lange haare im bad über 5 tage und die frühstückstische und geschirr ist nicht sehr einladent.

  Houskeeping service poor- laundered towels etc when asked not to- took bathrobes and did not replace- did not replace in room coffee service breakfast pastries and bread on buffet good quality however quality of hot food not to standard- reception staff seemed to be under great stress- no smiles or feeling of welcome- preformed all duties in robotic manner- no staff in business center - best service in hotel from concierge and bell staff- this hotel presents at 3 star level at price point of 125-150- no more

  We arrived at 2.30pm and were told that our room was not ready yet. we were very disappointed as we had just come off a flight and needed to relax. also the room walls are like cardboard. we could hear everything that was going on next door!!!!
