  Very clean hotel with friendly staff and good light from windows. food in attached cafe was also good and the server voluntered to make breakfast to take when we left for our flight at 2:30 am. upon checkout we had sandwichs, bananas snd boiled eggs. would definately stay there again.

  What makes a hotel a 5star, its because of the service, the rooms and most especially the staffs..a perfectly good choice to stay.

  Hotel needs to re-evaluate the charges for the size of room and services offered. still ok for a night-over for a business trip as i had. less choice of late night food in the near vicinity of the hotel. but it was clean and ok for a single traveller.

  The hotel could improve on the air ventilation / circuluation as the room reeks of cigaratte smell. further, it could have invested in sound proof windows as it is located at a busy road and the traffic sounds can be quite disturbing at times.

  It took more than 2 hours for maintenance to check our poorly working air conditioning, when we were told one would be sent in 10 mins. in the end all he did was change the direction of air flow and advised us he could not improve it. the air conditionin was poorly working. we were advised the bed was king sized, it was not. the bathroom is pathetic. no privacy. the lights flickered the whole of our stay

  Close to indian quarter wherea range of meals available. breakfast changed each day.

  My only complaint would be that the bed was too firm for my personal preference. i was however able to sleep soundly, so it did not hinder my stay.

  This would be an excellent hotel, if it were priced $50 cheaper. i regularly stay at nicer hotels, which are much better located, for us$83/night. the hotel is not bad- just way over priced for what it is able to offer. i would stay there again, if it were priced better.

  Staying at standard room at 6th floor, the room is clean, with safe/small freezer/paper slipper/extra pillow provided like the lighting system where there is even a night light provided, also can switch on from inside the "do not disturb" and "make up room" light-up symbol panel which shown outside the room door bath room glass door do not have lock avoid taking rooms that are facing the main road if you are a light sleeper due to the traffic noise outside during the daytime the room is bright even with the curtain covered on the window

  Not a large room, but comfortable, very clean and modern. the hotel is not far from the city center. a short walk from the subway and also easily accessible via bus.

  I've stayed twice now. room by the road is noisy. overall good, clean, modern hotel. clean is primary aspect for me. i will stay again and i will recommend to friends.

  The air con was so weak. the maintenance personnel came but not fixed at the middle of the night. with the maintenance on site and the heat, i totally could not sleep for the whole night.

  Strong smell of cigarette in non-smoking room. staff only concerned following their rigid policy rather than offering client oriented service.

  My husband and i had a pleasant stay at aqueen lavendar. the rooms were clean & smelled good, it was a great feeling to go back to the room after a day of exploring beautiful singapore.

  Friendly helpful reception staff, close to a good food hall, near to main mrt, room a little on the small side, but everything needed was there. we would stay there again.
