  It is a little far from mrt stations, but we can take several bus lines. they take us to near chinatown, orchard road, etc. the river view from the hotel is very good.

  We lost our luggage on the way out to singapore but found your staff very helpful in contacting the airport for us to check whether the luggage had arrived.

  The room was shabby and the bedding stained. room smelt of cigarettes and the room we were offered instead the bedding was worse and the air conditioning unacceptably noisy. the in room safe failed and had to be opened by the manager and fixed by maintenance. the lady collecting the washing entered the room without knocking.
