Comments : When I was at the hotel, my room was missing a desk chair and the room slippers were not provided. The hotel staff did not even ask about the newspaper preferences and thus did not send me any in the morning.

Comments : The frontline staff were not friendly and do not welcome guests in a sincere way. When asked how to get to the pool, staff simply pointed instead of guiding or showing us the way, nor use professional language. It was rather disappointing.
