  Staff are very friendly. they really services you to the best they can, keep all the good job. while stay there something that i'm not happy was the aircon and tv, wasn't that good. the aircon, temp want that cool, and the tv, station wasn't have much choice, even local channel can't get tru. i hope it can be better in future. in return i will stay there for my gateway holiday.

  Please don't say it has a beach when it doesn't. snorkelling in a man made lake full of tropical fish but without a reef, swimming in warm green water full of fish poo is no fun at all!

  My family and i feel that the hotel is of very poor standard for the rate that we paid for 1 night stay. it's really not value for money. check-in and check-out took very long and the staff were not at all friendly and welcoming. the restaurant that was in the resort was very expensive and did not even have breakfast on their menu. those people without breakfast vouchers did not have anything to eat.
